Asset renewals... Replace or Retire?
New workflows for replacing or retiring assets are now core functionality in Trakk.
When removing an asset from service your team is now prompted to choose a specific action. Trakk then manages records by archiving and delete records and even creating a “copy” when a replacement that is being installed.
Using these workflows helps maintain clean records, fills decommissioning dates and assists with creating replacement asset.

- Assets can now be given a point, polyline or region geometry by picking coordinates from the map
- New map measurement tools allow users to extract coordinates, lengths and areas from the map
- Display your GPS location on the map, to help with locating assets
- Render ArcGIS MapServer layers and styles in your Trakk map views
- New workflows for asset renewal. Choose to retiring and replace an asset or delete an entire asset record.
- Assets can be created with 'pending' data. Allowing review processes to apply for new assets.
- Webhook integrations. You can now setup triggers that keep Trakk in sync with an external database

- Asset search priority is now more intelligent with results from the existing/related site appearing first
